          REQUIRED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION and SOCIAL SECURITY DOCUMENTS

          At least 14 days prior to the meeting of creditors all debtors must submit to the Trustee: (1) a copy of their original government issued  photo identification (ID) and (2) confirmation of their Social Security number (SSN) or individual Tax Number (ITN). Acceptable forms of Photo ID and SSN can be found in the table of forms.


          ZOOM Virtual Meetings

          Beginning October1, 2023, all First Meeting of Creditors for Chapter 7 Debtors will be held by video conferencing, which will be conducted through the Zoom platform.
          It is very important that all debtors and debtor attorneys are familiar with the procedures that must be followed in participating in these meetings.
          In the Table of Forms on this page, there is a link to receive a copy of “Best Practices for Debtors, Debtors’ Attorneys, and Other Parties in Interest for Attending Virtual Section 341(a) Meetings”.

          DOCUMENTS REQUIRED OF ALL DEBTORS IN CHAPTER 7

          At lease 10 days prior to the meeting of creditors, the Trustee must receive copies of the following:

              1. A copy of their latest Federal Tax Return.
              2. A copy of all bank or financial institution statements for the month of filing plus the two previous months.
              3. A copy of the payoff on all vehicles. This must be on the lien holders letterhead.


          If the debtor is represented by an attorney, these documents must be uploaded to the Blue Stylist web site at least 10 days prior to meeting.
